This Privacy Policy describes how Asencion Asplund, doing business as Ace Made (“Ace Made,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or buy from the Ace Made online store at https://acemade.store (including www.acemade.store and the Stripe-hosted checkout pages).

What we collect

Depending on how you use the Store, we may collect:

• Order and checkout information: name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you provide it), and order details.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Support communications: messages you send us about orders or the Store.
• Device and usage data: information our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and enabled analytics tools collect about site visits (for example pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and browser/device type).
• Marketing pixels / analytics: Pinterest (Ace Made tag: Artificial_Ace) is active for ads/analytics. We also keep basic, first-party page and checkout event logs to run the Store. We do not currently use Meta or TikTok custom pixels; we will update this policy if we add them.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories beyond what is needed to fulfill and support US orders.

How we use information (intended use only)

We use personal information to:

• Process, fulfill, and ship US orders
• Provide customer support and fraud/security protection
• Operate and improve the Store
• Comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not reuse Ace Made customer data for unrelated brands or secondary marketing programs outside Ace Made store operations, except as described here or with a clear update to this policy.

Who we share with (processors / vendors)

We share information with service providers that help us run the Store, including:

• Cloudflare (website hosting, security, and delivery)
• Stripe (payment processing, fraud prevention, and payment receipts). See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Printify and their print providers (print-on-demand fulfillment)
• Pinterest (Artificial_Ace ads/analytics tag)

These parties process data under their own terms and for the purposes of providing their services to us.

Shipping and age

We ship to United States addresses only. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

Retention

We keep order records as needed for fulfillment, disputes, tax, and accounting. Support messages are kept for a shorter operational period. Processors may retain copies under their own retention rules.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing/targeted advertising. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law. You can also use browser controls and platform ad settings to limit some cookies/pixels.

California and similar US state privacy notices: we do not sell personal information for money. If our use of advertising pixels is treated as “sharing” or targeted advertising under your state law, you may request to opt out by emailing us.

Children

The Store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International visitors

The Store is operated from the United States and currently ships only within the US. If you access the Store from elsewhere, you understand information may be processed in the US.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a revised “Last updated” date.
