Asencion Asplund d/b/a Ace Made (“Ace Made,” “we,” “us”) takes payment through Stripe checkout and ships print-on-demand orders through fulfillment partners such as Printify and their print providers.

Where we ship

We currently ship to United States addresses only. We do not accept international orders at this time.

Processing and delivery times

Because products are made to order, processing begins after your order is placed and may take several business days before the carrier receives the package.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates only. Delays can occur due to production queues, carrier volume, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping options and costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout.

Risk of loss and title

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier by our fulfillment partner, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If a shipment is damaged or lost, see our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate US shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address information you entered at checkout.
